The following states either do not require CLE credit or do not accept webcasts/satellite transmission for CLE credits: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Michigan, Maryland, New Jersey, Washington D.C., South Dakota, Nebraska, Hawaii, Arkansas, and Alaska. Therefore obtaining CLE credits in these states is not mandatory. CFP, CTFA & CPE credits are national and are good for every state including the ones referenced above.
